  I have my lunch here regularly. Orders are always ready on time, the staff is always very polite and offer plates, utensils or other items you might not immediately think of. The restaurant is always super clean.

  The people are always nice but the accuracy is very poor. Before you leave, check what you got. 1/3 of the time my order is wrong. Very disappointing.

  My fiance and I order from this Donatos at LEAST three times a month. Each time, the individual answering the phone and processing our carry-out order is delightful; absolutely no exceptions! Further, the service is always very timely. Our order has always been made with accuracy. Finally, I once placed an order dangerously close to closing time ( I forgot!!), and the employee took my order with enthusiasm and let me pick up my order after closing time. As someone with painful, bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, that gesture meant the world to me - it is tough to cook with pained hands!!
