  I gave it a 3 because my husband and I usually love this location. Disappointed today as the sausage was burnt and I found a ton of egg shells in my over easy eggs. Nothing like a crunchy bite of eggs. Server took off a coke to make up for it which was nice but think I'm turned off from their eggs for awhile. My tooth still hurts from the unexpected bite of eggshells.

  The wait wasn't bad and the service was fine, but the food quality was poor. Two of the kids ordered pancakes; they looked delicious but tasted burnt. I'm assuming something was burned on the griddle right before their pancakes were prepared. My chicken and dumplings were served lukewarm and tasted bland. My Husband's dinner was fine, as was the two-year old's macaroni and cheese. Overall, this meal was not the delicious comfort food we expect from Cracker Barrel. Wouldn't recommend this location.

  This is the 3rd time we have had a poor experience at this location. We were seated quickly. It took longer than normal for our drink order to be taken. Then our server went M.I.A. A second server came after we spoke up. She took our drink order again and we asked to place our food order which she took. Then a third server delivered our drinks and retake our order. Not once did a manager come to apologize. Quite disappointed.
