I have never been impressed with the customer service as it is not nearly as good as other locations, like Westerville. Both times I have used the drive thru I was missing the bagel I ordered. In a following visit I told the clerk that I had not received this item on two previous visits and although he appologized he did not offer to replace the missing items. I thought that was poor customer service. Very disappointed in this locations service.March 23, 2017
